About Richard D Chapin, PLLC

Richard D Chapin, PLLC

After being born and raised on a farm in eastern South Dakota, I have been living nearly 2 decades in Arizona, 17 of those years in the East Valley of the Phoenix area, and more recently in the Payson and Prescott areas, where I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and mountain biking.Payson Arizona in the Rim Country of Arizona (Mogollon Rim)

Since I have spent most of my adult life engaged in sales and marketing as well as a decade of preparing income tax returns for small businesses, individuals and real estate investors.

I have for many years had knowledge and interest in real estate as it relates to rental properties, tax deferred 1031 exchanges, investment real estate held in self-directed IRA’s and such, so it seemed a natural fit to become involved in commercial property sales and leasing.

I am a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and a “Certified Commercial Sales Specialist” from the Commercial Real Estate Institute.

My mission is to make a contribution towards improving the quality of life for my clients, family and friends while demonstrating a positive attitude along with an exceptional level of integrity, knowledge and skill. With my team of experts to assist in the success of your commercial property transactions and commercial property management in Arizona.

Thanks for the strategies you are sharing on this blog site. Another thing I’d like to say is getting hold of duplicates of your credit report in order to inspect accuracy of any detail is one first measures you have to conduct in credit improvement. You are looking to clear your credit file from harmful details errors that wreck your credit score.

Yes it’s not an area I am involved in but I do know of several companies that are involved in credit restoration and I am sure their business is going to be on the upswing for a few years. Good point, thanks for your input credit restoration is something a growing number of people will need to work on since the recent real estate correction.
