That question was raised on a social media group the other day, by what I would assume is a potential commercial real estate investor ( or maybe not ). While many real estate agents/brokers across the country, responded explaining why their market was the best, I didn’t bother to respond.
That question was way too general for me to give an accurate answer, I am sure that there are few markets where an investor couldn’t find an excellent opportunity.
The question was too general for me for a number of reasons.
Commercial real estate, can you be more specific are you talking Multifamily apartments, office properties, retail properties, industrial/flex, industrial/warehouse.
Once we narrow that down are you talking about any specialization: restaurants, car dealerships, gas stations, and on and on……
When we have more information, commercial real estate investment opportunities can be found.
For a general anser I would simply point out the the in my RSS feed from the Arizona Republic I read a report they did about the “Top 10 U.S. Markets in terms of foreign investment in commercial real estate for the second quarter of 2012.” and the Phoenix area made the top 10 for the first time, they mentioned the attractiveness of the commercial real estate market in the Phoenix area referring to it as a growth market with relatively new structures.
So there you have it I guess I now responded to the “general” question that was asked.
If you feel as strongly about the commercial real estate opportunities as many foreign investors apparently do and you want to get involved, call, email or complete the form below and let me know how I can help.
